Jenny Nissler

Founder and principal assessor

Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Occupational Health and Ergonomics

Jenny has worked in the NHS, in private practice and within Occupational Health teams including in the banking, media, academic, retail, manufacturing and distribution sectors.

She has worked for companies and organisations including the BBC, Credit Suisse, Oxford University Press, John Lewis and McVities, providing physiotherapy treatment for employees together with giving ergonomic advice and assessments for these and many other companies.

As well as working as ‘in house’ clinical physiotherapist, she has worked for many employers and self-employed businesses as a freelance ergonomic consultant.

She has also worked as a Professional Adviser for the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the UK professional body for physiotherapists. The CSP is involved in healthcare policy at national level and Jenny has represented the organisation in the area of fitness for work, as well as developing resources and advising physiotherapists on areas of professional practice.

Specialist in providing expert assessments to individuals, companies and organisations

She says ‘everything I do is aimed at supporting you, your colleagues and your company’s health’.

‘The underlying aim is to enable the person I am assessing to more easily carry out their work in a healthy, sustainable way, rather than one that causes or exacerbates pain and other symptoms’.

‘I benefit employers by working in line with the legal frameworks related to work and health, supporting compliance and helping with the retention of valuable employees who can then work to the best of their ability, benefiting both individuals and businesses’.

‘Good work’ is a known health benefit and that’s my focus for my clients, both employers and employees.’
